Blockbuster seems to be more interested in keeping customers than Netflix is. Yesterday I sent a polite complaint that none of the streaming movies at Blockbuster included subtitles or closed captions for the hearing impaired.
Today I received this in an email:

We do plan on release of Closed Captioning options for the streaming movies, although at this time no specific date is set for that update. Please continue to check back with us in the future for any further information or questions.If you would like to discuss this matter further you can respond to this email or contact us by clicking on the link below. We are open Sunday-Thursday: 8am to 10pm PT, Friday-Saturday: 8am to midnight PT.
At least they replied and I tip my hat to them.
